Hello, friends! Here is my book haul for July and August. I’m a little behind on my blog posts and am trying to catch up! I also bought a couple of drawing and watercolor books on sale but didn’t include them on this post.

I have read Letters to a Young Poet! You get the sense Rilke is one of the greatest teachers that ever lived. There’s a poem by the gentleman writing to Rilke in one of the later letters and it is excellent. He clearly learns from every single thing said in these letters.
Ahh that is so exciting to hear! The reviews of this book looked really good. I submitted it as a suggestion title for the factulty/staff book club. We’ll see if it gets chosen.
