The first month of 2023 has come to a close! I will admit that getting back into the routine of my daughter going daycare and me going to work was tough. It was too much fun being on winter break! I’m finally starting to feel back to normal. Things at work have been going well. Just chugging along. Our weather here is been kind funky (which is actually normal lol). The temperatures keep fluctuating from warm to cold.

I cut back on Door Dash orders and it’s helped our family get back on track financially. With holidays and traveling, we were spending quite a bit. It’s crazy how much it costs to order food through a delivery service. We still get take out once or twice a week, but have been picking it up ourselves. I also have been cooking more at home. Alot of it is super simple stuff like sandwiches, easy frozen foods, scrambled eggs, etc. But I have been making at least one meal prep type of meal to have throughout the week. With working full time and my husband’s work schedule, keeping up with chores and meals is so hard.

January was a GREAT month for me blogging wise. I hope I can keep up the momentum!

Here are my January Posts!
