Do you have any book boyfriends/girlfriends?
This makes me feel so old…the last book boyfriend I can remember was Jacob from Twilight! I talked a little about my teenage love for Twilight in this post. I liked that his character was sweet, brave, and loyal. Everything anyone could ever want in a potential boyfriend/girlfriend. And once they casted Taylor Lautner as Jacob in the film adaptations, my poor little heart was smitten! I feel like the Twilight movies started the shirtless hot boy trend in teenage flicks.
I don’t really think about characters that way anymore and I’m not sure why. Maybe because I read alot of young adult books but am not a young adult anymore? I haven’t come across any adult fiction book with male characters that I just love (that I can remember at least). Or it could be that I’ve just got too much going on in my regular life that I don’t have time or mental capacity to think about it.
